Wide Open Doors in Sri Lanka; On to Armenia and Moscow
“Warriors were scarce, they were scarce in Israel, until you arose, Deborah” (Judg. 5:7, NET).
Since 2010, I have been visiting Sri Lanka at least once a year because the Lord clearly indicated that this was a sphere He wanted me to minister in. Among other things, He specifically said that my assignment there was to raise up apostles in the land. I am glad to report that God is giving us huge momentum.
We just finished meetings in three different locations, and I was astounded at the hunger and the response. It was great to lay hands on and set in one pastor as an apostle. We also anointed several others who see how vital the apostolic anointing and mindset are for bringing in the end-times harvest.
Why is it so important? The above scripture shows that when Deborah arose, the people turned into warriors. Likewise, when apostles take their place in the church, believers shift into passionate, militant warriors for Jesus. It is the “everyday believers” who will usher in the great end-times harvest.
Thanks for praying.

From Goat Nation to Sheep Nation
I feel now is a good time to mention a book that I wrote some years ago, From Goat Nation to Sheep Nation (available in Japanese). It deals with what I consider to be the main obstacle to revival in Japan—the sun goddess Amaterasu Omikami—which, historically, is the deity of Japan. The book details how the Japanese are tied to that spirit and how to break those ties.
Why is the Lord drawing our attention to this again? First, in the International Gatherings led by David Demian, the Lord is now drawing our attention to this spirit. The sun goddess, or Queen of Heaven, is not only in Japan, but is also a deity in both Egypt and North Korea. We are trusting the Lord to lead us to deal with it to bring positive changes in these nations.
The second reason is on a personal level. Recently, I prophesied to a Japanese believer about freedom and deliverance. The Lord said that the key was to break dedications done over them as an infant. The believer checked, and sure enough, she was dedicated as an infant to this “deity.” That made me realize that many may need to break similar ties.

If You Feel Led to Help with My Trips…
As you can see from my schedule, I’m headed to Sri Lanka, Armenia, Moscow, and then Taiwan. I will also be going to Cairo in November, and then again in early December. This all has to do with the great, great harvest that God will bring forth in the Middle East. If you feel led to give to help support these trips, please make use of the information for giving at the end of this newsletter.
I just finished a teaching series for use in Russia based on my book Apostles and Apostolic Anointing. This book explains the role of apostles and shows how important apostolic anointing is. I believe we will see that it is key to opening up the marketplace.
Giving to Arise 5
Your giving plays such a vital role in helping us to do what the Lord has assigned to us. No matter what amount the Lord puts on your heart, we are so very, very thankful. Be blessed with the same blessing the Lord gives us as we travel (1 Sam. 30:24).
You may also feel led to become an Arise 5 Apostolic Fund Supporter (AFS) by pledging to give $1000 (US) or its equivalent for the year.
